When you receive a call or text message from a spam phone number such as an advertisement or voice phishing, notification/silence/blocking is activated through real-time tracking. (However, text messages are only available for notifications.)
2. Notify/silence/block alert phone number
Even if the phone number has not been reported as spam, a 'caution' message may be displayed depending on the activity and presence of similar numbers, and the number may be silenced/blocked depending on the level of caution.
3. Important/Location Phone Number Reminder
It provides important phone numbers for customer centers, restaurants, etc., so you don't miss them. (If you are not registered, you can register directly.)
4. Offline DB provided for free (dual SIM support)
You can block spam phone numbers more effectively (even with dual SIM) through an offline database that is automatically updated every day. (Update is also possible only under Wi-Fi.)
5. Lightweight with only essential features

Information regarding previous text notifications
After the Android 13 (Galaxy OneUI 5.0) update, when receiving a text message, there is a phenomenon in which the previous text message, not the most recent text message, acts as a real-time inquiry window. It was fixed in version 1.14.25, please update to the latest version.
Notice regarding app not working
Starting with Android P(9), if the app's 'running in the background' is restricted, app functions such as real-time viewing window and call blocking may not work properly. Please enable [Application] - [The Call] app - [Battery] - [Run in background] in device settings, or enable [Exclude battery optimization] in app settings.
Notice regarding blocking not working
If the 'Android security patch level' of Android O (8.0) is after April 2018, access to the 'Hang up call function' may be blocked and the 'Call blocking function' may not work properly. Phone numbers that are ‘blocked’ are also not blocked, so if you have Android M (6.0) or higher, please use ‘silent mode’.
Additional information - Starting with version 1.10.0, spam call blocking due to a security patch is automatically replaced by silence. You can check whether the blocking function is used when setting up blocking and spam call blocking.

Notice regarding delay in operation of real-time view window
When clearing the entire memory (RAM) using a 'Memory (RAM) Cleanup' app (such as the 'Memory Guardian' app of the Samsung Galaxy series), the operation of the 'Real-time View Window' may be delayed when the app is restarted. Please add the Call app to the ‘Excluded Apps’ in the ‘Memory (RAM) Cleanup App’ you are using.
Additional information - If you turn on 'Auto Optimization' of 'Good Guardians' - 'Battery Guardian' of the Samsung Galaxy series, The Call app will be automatically added as a 'Power Saving App' and the 'Real-time View Window' may not work properly. Please add the Call app to 'Apps not optimized' in 'Battery Guardian' or enable [Exclude battery optimization] in the app settings.
