Meaning: Your Lord says, Call upon Me, I will answer. Those who are proud of my worship will soon be humiliated in hell. [Surah Ghafir: 60]
In another verse Allah says:
{ادْعُوا رَبَّكُمْ تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْيَةً إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ} [الأعراف: 55]
Meaning: Call upon your Lord, beseech and beseech. He does not like transgressors. [Surah A'raf: 55]
Therefore, Du'a is an integral part of a believer's life. Without which the believer's life of faith is not complete. Allah Ta'ala himself and his beloved Messenger.
