Based on the images, cartographers will enter missing information into Yandex.Maps: pedestrian crossings, traffic lights or organizations.
You can shoot the city while walking, cycling or driving - even in the background.
Each photo takes from 300 to 500 KB, and if the space on the phone runs out, shooting will stop. Photos will be deleted from your phone as soon as you send them in the app.
If you want to not only upload pictures, but also edit the map, join the community of folk cartographers: https://n.maps.yandex.ru.
