WRIT is an acronym for Wholesaler Retailer Integration and Trading. It is an Android Based
mobile application designed to simplify communication between Wholesalers and Retailers for Tile Industry.
The minimum requirement to run the application is Android 5.0 or above.
WRIT will support any android based smartphone with the above mentioned version.
Registering on the application is very simple and easy to use. Simply download the
application, install it on your device, click on new registration and input the details. Confirm the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your device and its done.
User ID to login will be your mobile number or email address used while registering. You can use any of the two.
Password – Create your own password while registering and change/reset when required
Charges – Initially the app is free for a trial period of 3 months from the date of installation.
After that one time charges of Rs 1000 per ID (mobile no) and annual AMC charges of Rs100. Charges can be revised as and when the administrator feels it necessary.
The following functions can be performed with the application which will help you in
simplifying your business operations and management.
Stock check: A retailer can check the availability of stock with his registered wholesaler
without calling him or speaking with him. However, the latest stock needs to be frequently updated by respective wholesaler to give real time status.
Confirm Design Number & Design Image: All errors of wrong order booking are eliminated
as both retailer and wholesaler see the same design number and image of the tile being
inquired.
Block quantity: A retailer can block a tile (for his required quantity) which his/her customer
has liked but has not finalized. The blocking is for 15 minutes and no other retailer can book the same tile, until and unless it is unblocked. After 15 minutes, it gets automatically
unblocked.
Order Tiles: Retailer can order required tiles (boxes) through the app itself with his required
date of delivery. Both the parties will get SMS with order details.
Previous History Records, Blocking and Unblocking details and other various details are also saved which can help both the retailer and wholesaler to have a look in the future.
The application focuses primarily on to simplifying business operations in the tile industry
with tracking the inventory between a retailer and a wholesaler.
