本软件运行于Android平台。主要功能是通过WIFI进行PPPOE拨号，比如电信运营商提供的具有WIFI连接的ADSL Modem，本软件可以直接使用相应账户信息进行拨号，从而使Android设备（手机，平板电脑等）能直接上网，省去购买无线路由器的麻烦。
在使用本应用之前有几点前提需要准备和注意：
1. 手机上的Android系统版本要大于等于 2.1 (>=2.1)
2. 你的手机需要有”root”权限
3. 你的手机需要打开WiFi并通过WiFi已经和xDSL调制解调器相连
