Fixed: push notifications could not be set up on Android. The app never finished registering the device, so Notification Settings kept showing "Unregistered". Devices could also share the same Notification ID instead of each having its own.Added: a "Register now" button in Notification Settings. It retries the registration without restarting the app and tells you why it failed.
The screen now also notes that notifications do not need a subscription.
