Simply create a place and configure its toggling behaviour. Smart Places remembers the location (based on mobile cells or GPS) and will automatically activate or deactivate the place.

MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS to mute/unmute the device
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE to create and read backup files
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED to autostart after reboot
WAKE_LOCK to update location data when the device sleeps
DISABLE_KEYGUARD to disable the lock screen
