This app appears to be a game. Run the app, give it to someone you'd like to scare, and tell them it's an awesome game. While the "victim" is playing, a ghost suddenly and unexpectedly jump out, together with a loud and scary scream.

you can see all other's scared video on community and enjoy other's video. you can also upload video on community for other's to see.
