- Can export a tournament into a file
- Can load and start a tournament from an exported file

Enhancement
- For Round Robin and Swiss type tournaments, you can configure the way players are ranked by one of 2 ways
1. Priority based: Rank based on the number of wins or losses or ties in some order.
2. Score based: Rank based on the amount of points accumulated where more means higher ranked. Points are assigned per win and loss and tie.
