We are a smart transportation application with a vision to become the best transportation platform in Africa, both for customers and drivers. Through our app you can hail a cab in the blink of an eye, in a safe, reliable and easy way. We also proud ourselves with having local 24/7 customer care support, ensuring that every customer is taken care of.
Our features include:
- A suitable option for every occasion, whether you need a standard, large or budget ride.
- Locally customised offerings; Whether you want to go on Safari or hail a Motorcycle (Boda Boda) in Nairobi, or hail a Tuk Tuk (Three wheeled motorbike) in Mombasa, Mondo Ride is the app for you.
- Call our customer care easily within the app, to get help with the app, place a booking or to get help with any other issue you might have, at any time.
- Favorite function: Add drivers to your favorite list.
- Long distance travel; hail a cab to another city with a predetermined price.
- A corporate solution for your company, allowing you to easily hail cabs for both employees and clients and to track their spending on both an individual and department level.
- Easily communicate with your driver through our integrated call and chat functions.
- Payment options customised to the market demand, pay in cash, with M-PESA or switch to your corporate account when on a business ride.
- Safe and reliable rides by only working with certified drivers, each of whom has been trained individually by our staff.
To hail a ride simply follow these simple steps:
1) Select your pickup location on google maps or use your GPS location
2) See the different types of vehicles available in your location as displayed on the map
3) Select the type of ride you want and tap GET ME A RIDE
4) Choose your prefered payment method and place the order
5) The app will display your driver’s vehicle details and picture while you can track his arrival on the map
