Law is a system of rules that are enforced through social institutions to govern behavior .learning law seems some times very difficult for the new comers .in my blog I am trying to simplify the law so that all can be aware and aquatint ed with the law specially with the Indian law.many of students during their LLB really raw for this field ..from here I am trying to cover up all legal concepts which I also faced during my study ..I hope it will be helpful for all ..law ministry is planning to establishing several new courts ,including evening ones ,to wipe out the growing burden of the pend ency of the cases.this is really good news for all aspiring judges ,who can now find vacant judicial positions every few months in some states.after studying law a consistent and devoted preparation can help you to crack the judicial service examination .two approach should be followed one is horizontal that is exhaustive study of maximum number of topics and other is vertical approach that is in depth study for the limited topics ..for preliminary examination one must study most of the topics with solving objective questions ..and for the mains one must go in depth study with supreme court rulings on each topic ..from this way one can hit the bull’s eyes .in a university exam you tend to answer in the long answer approach but in judicial service examination you are meant to answer succinctly ..for each state you have to prepare extra 10 to15 percent for the local acts ..law is nothing but codified common sense .some students starts mugging up the bare acts while these should be understood in proper context .one must have clear the basics at the very first .there must be innovative approach should be used ..so in short I am trying to simplify whole process of learning.
