The CitiGo App is the easiest and fastest way to Hire a mini-truck or goods carrier within minutes and track it on your screen right from booking till delivery. Say farewell to lump-sum pricing or mouth pricing, pay as much you travel i.e. pay per km.
With a quick and smooth sign up process, it won’t take you long while booking your first ride. Book a mini truck in just few touch. Here’s it how it flows
1. Set your Pick up point by just entering the name or selecting current Location-Tap Yes if Pick up point is Garage)
2. Select the type of vehicle you want
3. Enter the drop point: (Upto 2 Multiple drops), Tap Yes of Drop point is Garage
4. Tap Ride now
5. Tap Yes/No if you want labor or don’t want labor
6. Tap Confirm Booking
7. Get Ride Details instantly with OTP, Driver Name, Number and Vehicle details
8. Once Ride is accepted, Select the type payment you want i.e. by Cash or CitiGo Wallet, as per the convenience.
9. Track Your truck as it reaches you and till the time your valuables are reached to destination.
Once your trip ends, you will get detailed cost breakdown in an invoice emailed to you.

You can get fare details of different mini trucks from the app. By taping the menu Icon and clicking on Fare details. You can also get an estimated cost of trip before confirming the booking.
You can also reduce the fare by upto 30-40% by using multiple drops, you can choose Maximum upto two drops in a single booking and fare will be calculated based on longest route.
