This tool is for facilitation of diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) among children and adolescents between 6 to 18 years of age. It is based on the latest DSM-5 criteria and is meant for use by trained health care professionals. AIIMS modification of INDT-ADHD tool was developed and validated by Child Neurology Division team led by Professor Sheffali Gulati, Department of Pediatrics, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. The original tool developed by INCLEN-NDD project Investigators: NK Arora (Project Leader), MKC Nair (Principal Investigator), Jennifer Pinto-Martin (Co-PI), Donald Silberberg (Co-PI), Sheffali Gulati (Network Coordinator and Site PI) and INCLEN Study Group Original tool was published in Indian Pediatrics and is available online at: http://www.indianpediatrics.net/june2014/june-457-462.htm [Indian Pediatr 2014;51: 457-462].
