• Supports minor incidents, near miss and safety observation scenarios
• Image capture and voice record to report incident for quick actions
• GPS enabled to track the location of incident instantly
• Option to add the witness details for reporting minor incidents using witness button
• View reported incidents and their statuses from mobile device
• Report safety concerns and issues anywhere, anytime
• Enables initial reporting via mobile device for quick action without having to log on to SAP EHS application
• Improve employee safety and proactively reduce operational risks
