О Penguin
Penguin server is a stand-alone PHP, MySql server for Android devices. It is a tiny and lightweight server. It provides you the environment for running and testing your PHP scripts on phone. And the best part is that YOU CAN RUN PHPMyAdmin on your android device. and it works Offline.
**NOTICE**
As per some comments... Android 8.0 and above might create issues.. I'll update it soon.. but plz don't rate it down... this app is just like a social work for me.. i have no earning with it... this is all i want... thanks :)

Guyz, I'm freelancer developer. That's why I don't have so many devices to test it. I have tested it on Moto G3 turbo only.
