The mybostonheart app gives you convenient access to your Boston Heart laboratory results from anywhere! With the mybostonheart app you get information on your heart health, tips on living a healthy lifestyle, the ability to track your health and fitness progress, as well as a number of communities for you to connect with people similar to you.
Key App Features:
PERSONALIZED TEST RESULTS
• View your Boston Heart laboratory results categorized by test type and color coded by health status; green = good, yellow = caution and red = danger
• Access previous Boston Heart test reports with the ‘Past Reports’ drop down menu option
• Understand your individual risk for heart disease with definitions of each test and interpretations of your results
HEALTH & FITNESS TRACKING
• Track your weight, exercise and calories using the Health Dashboard
• Seamlessly connect with Fitbit, Jawbone, Apple Health App (HealthKit), Garmin, and several other apps and devices
HEALTH COMMUNITIES
• Connect with people similar to you through one of the three mybostonheart health communities: heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and nutrition
• Post comments, submit questions, and view input from other people interested in the same health topics as you!
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TIPS
• Learn how to ‘get to green’ with tips under My Lifestyle
• Coming soon: access your Boston Heart personalized nutrition and life plan with support from Registered Dietitians, and more!
SECURE LOGIN
• To protect your privacy, the mybostonheart app login process authenticates your identity in addition to verifying you are a Boston Heart patient
