My GTPL – The app to manage all your GTPL accounts on the go.
The My GTPL app has been refreshed to bring you a brand new look and feel with additional features including easy Program Search, TV listings, etc. It gives you a fast & secure method to manage your CATV & Broadband accounts.
This App is available for devices with Android version 4.1 and above
OR
This App is available for devices with IOS version 9 and above
Highlights:
• The Dashboard shows detailed status of the account
• The Search function lets you search for programs, movies, channels, actors and a lot
more so that you can decide what to watch
• The Movie Guide gives you a single view of all movies for the day as well as for the
next 7 days so that you can watch movies of your choice.
• TV Listing available on your device enables you to plan your entertainment
Broadband Features:
• View your account details
• Update contact details in case of any changes
• View your bill history
• Renew/top up your account
• View history of payments made
• View details of data usage
• Reset your MAC address
• Frequently Asked Questions to enable solutions for simple issues
• Register a new complaint/query
• View status of complaints made by you
Cable TV Features (Available for direct GTPL subscribers only):
• View your account details
• Update contact details in case of any changes
• View details of Package subscribed
• Renew your subscription or change to alternative packages available
• View your bill history
• Quick Pay for your own account or for friends/family (Set Top Box details required)
• View history of payments made
• Frequently Asked Questions to enable solutions for simple issues

• View status of complaints made by you
