О Fit!
Fit! records your daily activity, including walking, running, cycling, steps and NEAT (Non-exercise activity thermogenesis) by continuously monitoring your phones movement. Fit! uses this data to calculate calories and help you work towards your keep fit goals. So keep your phone in your pocket and work towards your goal.
NEAT is the energy we expend doing everything that is not sleeping, eating or doing sports. Trivial physical activities from walking around the office to fidgeting counts so why not talk to a colleague instead of sending an email or walk the long way round to get a glass of water tomorrow.
