О DBT-112
Вам необходим быстрый доступ к навыкам? С этим приложением вы сможете моментально получить случайный навык для кризисных ситуаций. Кроме того, вы найдете здесь список навыков и руководство по их использованию для каждого из модулей: Осознанность, Эмоциональная регуляция, Межличностная эффективность и Стрессоустойчивость. Приложение содержит более 150 различных упражнений для применения и развития навыков. Также в приложении есть возможность создать свой собственный кризисный набор навыков, который всегда будет у вас под рукой. По просьбе участников программы DBT мы также добавили дополнительный модуль, посвященный валидации. Приложение было разработано совместно с участниками DBT.
DBT-112 не может заменить профессиональную помощь, но может служить инструментом для тренировки навыков DBT.
