О Chile Mobile Observatory
Gracias a la claridad de sus cielos y a los bajísimos niveles de contaminación lumínica, Chile se ha convertido en la capital mundial para la observación astronómica, concentrando cerca del 60% de la exploración cósmica a nivel planetario.
Chile Mobile Observatory ofrece, de manera libre y gratuita, las mejores imágenes del Universo captadas desde Chile por los más modernos observatorios construidos por el hombre, como ALMA (Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array), VLT (Very Large Telescope), o el Centro de Astrofísica y Tecnologías Afines (CATA).
Te invitamos a apreciar fascinantes imágenes de estrellas, nebulosas, formación de planetas, choque de galaxias y colosales explosiones estelares -conocidas como supernovas-, entre otras.

In this version we add the functionality to select when downloading if you want to save the images in your gallery, for this you need the permission to write in the external memory of your device. Do not worry it's only optional if you want to use it as wallpaper or share it with a friend.
