О 7-Minute Scientific Workout
Your Personal Trainer for the 7-Minute Workout as propagated in the ACSM'S Health & Fitness Journal
The App
The app supports you in doing the workout by providing timing for the 10 and 30 second intervals and giving audio cues about the exercise to come.
Please watch the video to see and hear how it works.
History allows you to easily keep track of your trainings schedule.
Achievements are to be earned, e.g. for doing the workout 10 days in a row.
Leaderboards (based on workouts per week) allow you to compare your training efforts to those of your friends and the public.
The Workout
This High Intensity Circuit Training is scientifically developed and put together to provide Maximum Results With Minimal Investment. All you need is a chair, a wall and about 7 minutes of time.
The exercise order allows for a total body exercise to significantly increase the heart rate while the lower, upper, and core exercises function to maintain the increased heart rate while developing strength.
