Test your stress level with our free Android app "Stress Monitor" that measure your psychological stress based on heart rate variability, in fact, this method has been used for decades to measure stress, and this app has a strong capacity for data processing that makes accurate measurements possible.
Just as the feature to check the stress of Samsung S Health, this application allows you to keep a record of how anxious you get during the day, and you can use it on all smartphone models, including non-Samsung.
Stress score is the result of a two minute(more or less) test performed while standing still in a resting state, where the app analyzes heart rate variability with the camera that detects the finger pulse, to determine your overall stress.
The stress score range is 1 to 100, where 1 is a very low stress state, and 100 is a very high stress state.
So this application estimates your stress level measuring the heart rate variability and frequency using the rear camera to control the change of color of the finger due to pulsations and uses this data to calculate the stress.
Scientific studies have shown that during psychological stress a significant reduction in the timing and frequency of heart rate variability was observed, and heart rate variability is one of the most robust, noninvasive measures of stress response.
Instruction:
Put and keep your finger over the camera (covering the entire lens), making sure the finger is illuminated by the flash, until measuring is 100% complete, remaining still and silent. After measurement you can view your stress score and the level.
So no boring test with questions and answers, but a fast and fun test with the smartphone camera!
