毎日の様々な情報・出来事を自由に記録・管理できます。体重、体脂肪率、血圧、睡眠時間、体温、お通じ、腹筋回数などなど、必要なものを好きなように残せます。操作はシンプルです。たくさんのデータを管理していても、数秒あれば「アプリを立ち上げ、データを入力し、アプリを閉じる」ことができます。ダイエット・生活習慣の管理や習慣化はもちろん、いろいろな「じぶん管理」にご活用ください。

「何を」「どう」記録するかを自分で決められます。例えばウォーキングを記録する場合、残したいのは歩数なのか、距離なのか、時間なのか。ニーズは異なると思います。リズムケアならどれでもOKです。好きな項目を自由に作成し、ドラッグ＆ドロップで配置できます。数値、時間、テキスト、チェックボックスなど、いろいろな「データタイプ」を扱えます。
【グラフ管理・データ分析】
テキストデータ以外、すべてグラフ化・チャート化することができます。毎日の様々な情報を視覚化できるので、課題の発見も容易です。またグラフ・リスト表示画面上部のボタンをタップすると、サマリー（データ概要）を表示します。平均・最低・最高値などをここで把握できます。

チェックボックスを簡単に、いくつでも作れます。毎日のタスク管理に有効です。チェックボックスに限らず、全てのアイテムに「有効日／曜日」の指定が可能ですから、一週間を通してのタスク管理にも活躍します（指定したデータは対象日にのみ表示されます）。
