I use it when I have apps that require opening other apps under certain circumstances, but don't want an app to be opened.
I also use it when I want to test code for launching apps.
This app does NOTHING.
If you tap the icon in the launcher it will not open a screen, toast a message, or even beep.
I'm sure other people can find a use for it.
