運行情報、出発時刻モニター、リアルタイムデータ、最新の運行状況や交通情報など、常に最新の情報で旅の計画を立てることができます。
myVRNアプリは、直通運賃のチェックイン/チェックアウト機能により、常に最安値で乗車できるよう自動的に調整します。また、DeutschlandTicket定期券、片道乗車券、回数券、1日乗車券などもアプリ内で直接購入できます。
停留所、乗り換え、お好みの交通手段をお気に入りとして保存し、myVRNアプリを自分好みにカスタマイズしましょう。
VRNflexline、VRNruftaxi、fipsのチケット購入と予約には登録が必要です。保護者による管理機能（親子機能）を使えば、お子様や未成年者もチケットや直行ルートの運賃を個別に購入できます。これにより、6歳から14歳のお子様はさらにお得な料金で乗車できます。
新機能：myVRNアプリからfipsの予約が可能になりました。柔軟なfipsシャトルサービスは、マンハイムとハイデルベルクの一部の地区で既存の公共交通ネットワークを補完するサービスです。アプリで予約すれば、お迎えに上がります。
