What is Mailform?
Mailform is the easiest way to post any document by mail, without leaving your chair. Our goal is for you to never have to find a printer or wait in line at the post office to send mail.
How much does it cost?
$2.99 for the first page, and $0.49 for any additional page.
Can I send Certified Mail?
YES! We support Certified Mail. You will get a tracking link, and we'll notify you when it arrives?

How do you process the payments?
We use Stripe. They're great - check them out at Stripe.com.
How do you mail documents and forms?
We work with widely trusted third party mailing services such as Lob and EasyPost. Together, they ship millions of letters, parcels and packages per month for companies such as Intuit (maker of TurboTax & QuickBooks), Teespring, Vinted, and more.
To save trees, documents are double sided by default. You can specify single sided printing if it suits you.
How do I know you'll actually mail my stuff?
We receive intelligent mail barcode scans from the USPS that lets us know when the mail has been sent out for delivery. In addition, we enable you to send certified mail and recieve tracking links when your item has been delivered.
Are the letters printed in black and white, or full color?
You can print your mail in color, or black and white. It's totally up to you!
What postage method is used?
All documents and forms are sent via USPS First Class Mail.
Is a barcode placed on the envelope?
No barcode is placed on the envelope.
Where can I send mail to?
Mailform currently supports USPS mail within the 50 US states and Puerto Rico. We don't currently support international mail.
Where is my mail sent from?
We currently send mail from one of our provider's hubs in the Midwest or Western US (Illinois, Utah or Montana).
Is there a way to include a personal or company logo on the envelope?
At the moment there's not yet a way to include a personal or company logo on the envelope. We're working on this though - if this is a feature you would like, please email us at [email protected]!
