または、3Dマップモードを使用します。
-目の前にある地形と丘を見る
-電話を動かして地図を飛び回る
-ロードマップ/衛星/ハイブリッド
-世界中のどこでも3Dマップを検索して表示
-距離、高度、ランドマーク名
-丘と山のピークのマーカー

Horizon Explorerは世界中で機能しますが、周囲の景色を遮るもののない丘の上で最適に機能します。自動トラッキングがうまく機能していない場合は、水平線を指でドラッグしてカメラに合わせることができます。または、図8のように携帯電話を空中で振ってみてから、「align using compass」を押してコンパスを調整します。
ライブ飛行機：設定メニューから飛行機を有効にし、飛行機をポイントして、表示される民間航空会社のフライト番号、出発地、目的地、高度、現在の対気速度を確認します。
高層ビルにいる場合、または地上に立っていない場合は、「高層ビルモード」を有効にし、オプションでスライダーを使用して高度を設定します。
Horizon Explorerには、山と丘のピーク名、湖または森林、道路の名前と指定、および多くの建物が表示されます。
ウィキペディアの情報は、記事に設定された場所を持つウィキペディアの記事があるすべてのものに対して表示されます。
