For those who are having problems, especially with T-Mobile, follow these directions: in your laptop download Chrome browser, open developer tools and change the user agent.
You have to play around with different user-agents, you can try with Android, iOS or other mobile user-agent, but most users reported that using Internet Explorer 7 user agent will solve any problems too.
