チャレンジに参加して限界に挑戦。自分のペースでウォーキング、ジョギング、ランニングを使い分けてポイントを集めたり、友達と一緒にに参加したりしてフィットネスのレベルアップを目指そう。
チェックポイントを通過してポイントを獲得
街中にあるチェックポイントを通過してポイントを獲得。得点はチェックポイントによって違うので、よく考えながらコースを決めよう。

タイムトライアル - A地点からＢ地点まで走ってより高いポイントを獲得。
クイズ - その地点にまつわるクイズに回答。
