With this app you can create your own Texture Pack/Resource Pack for Minecraft PE!
This app is in a really early beta version at the moment and not all features are implemented yet.
At the moment you can edit Blocks, Items, Armor and Paintings but not Mobs.

This update adds support for MCPE 0.13.x and fixes some small glitches (mostly resolution change related)
