¡La aplicación calcula los mejores horarios para dormir y los mejores horarios para despertar! Se basa en ciclos de sueño de 90 minutos y se calcula al revés. Despertarse durante un ciclo de sueño puede hacerte sentir cansado, pero despertarte después de un ciclo puede hacerte sentir más renovado.
El permiso SET ALARM es necesario para que la aplicación abra su aplicación de alarma si desea configurar una alarma en un momento determinado.
