RxMentor
RxMentor® makes it easy to track and manage your medications in one, convenient list. It automatically pulls in your latest prescriptions ordered through your local pharmacy or through Humana’s mail-delivery pharmacy, Humana Pharmacy®. It also lets you enter in any over-the-counter (OTC) items you take—such as vitamins and supplements—as well as your allergies.
Key features include:
One medication list: an updated list of all your medications broken down by prescriptions and OTC products
Medication details: notes on how you take your medications and why they are needed
Pill images: photos of your pills to help identify which pills you’re taking
Sharing capability: email your list and share it with your doctor and healthcare providers
Informational videos: learn more about your medication—including benefits and side effects—by watching helpful videos
Allergy information: the ability to add in your allergies and the reactions you have to them
