Sobre Roam (CM12/CM13 Theme)
This is a Theme for devices with the Cyanogenmod/CyanogenOS Theme engine, if you are not running a device with it this will not work for you.
Please keep in mind the theme chooser has bugs, I have tested this on several devices with out issue but your results may vary. With a recent bug you will need to apply the them by going into styles in the theme manager, then fonts, and wallpapers as you so choose.
