Qatar National Formulary (QNF) provides concise, unbiased and updated information on the approved clinical use of more than 4500 medicines marketed in the state of Qatar. The aim of QNF is providing nationwide drug formulary resources to all healthcare facilities, clinicians, academics, patients and public.
Inspired by the Qatar National Vision 2030 and by the National Health Strategy 2011-2016, the QNF serves as essential drug information to healthcare professionals practicing in both the country’s public and private institutions. QNF is intended to save time and costs involved prescribing, dispensing and administrating approved drugs in accordance with national regulations, helping in accordance with national regulations, helping reduce errors and confusion and supporting fast decision making.
