The MilestonePod shoe-worn tracker (MSRP $29.95 USD) makes any shoe smart with no additional effort. Just clip it on and go! After your run, sync your Pod to the MilestonePod App to uncover unique data and insights about your personal running style. With the Pod and App, you can improve performance, stay healthy, and find your ultimate shoe fit.
The easy-to-use MilestonePod App displays six important gait metrics: cadence, foot strike, rate of impact, stride length, ground contact and leg swing, as well as basic performance data such as pace, distance and duration.
Additional App features include:
+ Warm-up and cool-down trimming – remove extra walking
+ Run Log - see and compare your run history
+ Run/walk toggle - see your data with walking minutes removed
+ Data export – download runs to view as Excel or .TCX files
+ Graphs – see trends for each session and over time
Do you use a GPS watch or app? No problem! Now you can get unique and accurate foot-based metrics too. The MilestonePod also connects as a real-time Bluetooth foot pod to compatible watches and apps.
The MilestonePod does not require buttons, charging or a GPS signal. It works the same indoors or out. It’s always on, always ready to collect your data. The MilestonePod App requires a smart phone or tablet running Android OS 4.3 (Jellybean) or higher and Bluetooth 4.0 or higher. Not all Android devices are compatible.
