FWD SMART is designed for support Sale Force exclusive for FWD distributors members to be able to enhance their sales performance with an easy to use both illustration tool and Application submission ANYWHERE ANYTIME. There are 2 main feature, Proposal creation and Application Submission. These features will guide you to create the sale proposal and show you the product benefits against customer's requirement, outline the sale conditions, product benefits in graphically and link to the application submission, convert to application form ready to continue to complete details information and summit application online. The validation and pre-underwriting decision will reveal after successfully submission which allow customer to get inform pre-approval status before the physical application reach to the head office. The customers can also receive the completed sale proposal or application notice (in version upgrade) via email and the system enables automatic updating of new product information and application features will keep agent up to date and ready to make the sale.
