Darüber hinaus bietet VCOM eine verteilte und einfach kundenspezifische Lösung für die Integration von unterschiedlichen Kommunikationssystemen an mehreren Standorten in ein nahtloses und schnell neu konfigurierbare Lösung.
Die verteilte Natur der Plattformarchitektur ermöglicht eine individuelle Kommunikationssysteme, überall befindet, dass eine Netzwerkverbindung hergestellt werden kann, und die Verbindung dieser Systeme können von jedem Standort oder mehreren Standorten gesteuert werden. Die robuste Plattform ist vollständig redundant, so dass, wenn eine Website verloren geht, wird ein Backup sofort hergestellt.
