Sie können ganz einfach das gewünschte Taxi bestellen. Möchten Sie so schnell wie möglich abgeholt werden? Wählen Sie „jeder Fahrzeugtyp“, die schnellste Option. Sind Sie mit einer Gruppe von 5 bis 8 Personen unterwegs? Wählen Sie eine Option mit 6-7 oder 8 Personen.
Auf dem Bildschirm wird Ihnen angezeigt, wie lange es dauern wird, bis das Taxi Sie erreicht. Sie sehen den Fahrpreis, die Entfernung und die Fahrzeit. Selbstverständlich können Sie Ihr Taxi auch für einen späteren Zeitpunkt reservieren. Außerdem können Sie angeben, ob Sie viel Gepäck dabei haben, ob Sie ein Haustier mitbringen möchten und mit wie vielen Personen Sie unterwegs sind.
Sobald Sie Ihre Fahrt bestellt haben, sehen Sie das Taxi auf sich zukommen. Hier sind Ihr Fahrer und Ihr Auto mit Kennzeichen abgebildet. Nach der Fahrt können Sie Ihren Fahrer bewerten.
In einem TCA-Taxi zahlen Sie, wie Sie möchten. Mit EC-Karte, Kreditkarte oder Bargeld im Taxi, aber auch mit der TCA-App. Fügen Sie Ihrem Konto Ihre Kreditkarte oder Google Pay hinzu und bezahlen Sie Ihr Taxi mit der App.
