Test Your Hearing Pro is a simple more articles hearing test app to help sufferers of hearing loss determine whether or not to visit a clinic
This hearing test plays 8 tones at different frequencies. If you cannot hear all of the frequencies or notice a distinct volume change, you may have a hearing loss.
This Hearing Test is not medically endorsed and should not be used as an alternative to a professional test if you suspect you are hard of hearing. Comments and suggestions are always welcome and I hope to be adding additional features and improvements in the near future.
How the Test Your Hearing Pro works
The Siemens Hearing Test examines how well you can read articles detect words in background noise. This is based on the knowledge that individuals with hearing loss have greater difficulty understanding speech in noisy environments, such as restaurants or subway stations.
Please note that this app is for knowledge purposes only. It is not a diagnostic test and should not replace regular audiometric testing provided by recognized professionals.
