Die Anwendung kann sich mit der Shelly Cloud über ein Shelly Nutzerkonto verbinden. Alle vorhandenen Funktionen, können jedoch auch komplett ohne Internetanbindung genutzt werden.
Befindet man sich im lokalen Netz, so wird direkt mit den Geräten kommuniziert. Außerhalb des lokalen Netzwerkes geschieht dies über ein Shelly Nutzerkonto.
Es lassen sich Updates mühelos über das Smartphone auf die Shelly Geräte verteilen. Hierfür benötigen diese nicht einmal eine Internetverbindung.
Dies ist ein privates Projekt und wird so gut es geht von mir weiterentwickelt und verbessert. Da ich nicht alle Shelly Geräte besitze werden einige hier nicht unterstützt.
