FuelFinder verwendet Crowdsourcing, um die Kraftstoffpreise in Skandinavien hervorzuheben. Wenn ein Preis von einem Benutzer gemeldet wurde, wird dieser mit einer Farbe entsprechend der Aktualität des Preises angezeigt - alternativ Listenpreise oder xx.xx für unbekannten Preis. In Skandinavien werden die Preise vom lokalen Wettbewerb bestimmt und nicht veröffentlicht.
Je nach Standort befinden sich die nächstgelegenen Stationen für Pkw, Lkw, Elektroautos und Autowaschanlagen in Dänemark, Schweden oder Norwegen. Die Liste wird mit den verfügbaren Preisen und der Entfernung zur Tankstelle für Personenkraftwagen angezeigt. Es ist möglich, neue Preise für Tankstellen einzugeben. Wenn eine Station für einen PKW, LKW, Elektroauto oder eine Autowaschanlage ausgewählt ist, wird eine Routenführung angezeigt. Die gleiche Funktionalität wird durch die Verwendung der Suchfunktion erhalten.
Im Verbrauchs- und Fahrbuch ist es möglich, den Kraftstoffverbrauch eines oder mehrerer Autos zu erfassen und ein Fahrtenbuch mit privatem und gewerblichem Fahren zu führen. Daten können per Mail exportiert werden.
