- Fixed manually added players taking the place of registered squad members, who then couldn't be selected
- One-off tidy-up: on first launch, leftover manually added players are removed from team sheets.
- Entering a shirt number already in use now tells you which player has it (previously only checked selected players)
- Fixed results files breaking when a name contains &, apostrophes or quotes
