Fügt allgemeine oder individuelle Notizen hinzu oder macht während der Probe Aufnahmen, um Songideen oder Arrangements festzuhalten. Tragt Informationen zu einem anstehenden Gig in den gemeinsamen Kalender ein, wo sie jeder finden kann. Mit BandHelper als zentralem Speicherort Eures Wissens, Eurer Ideen und Eurer Vereinbarungen erspart Ihr Euch Diskussionen bei der nächsten Probe, was letztes Mal gespielt oder vereinbart wurde. BandHelper kann beim Bandmanagement hinter den Kulissen bleiben oder mit Euch auf der Bühne im Rampenlicht stehen. Folgt einer vorher geplanten Setliste oder wählt Songs spontan aus. Blättert automatisch im Songtext, spielt Backing-Tracks und Click-Tracks ab, steuert automatisch MIDI-kompatible Ton- und Lichttechnik, während Ihr von Song zu Song wechselt. Ihr könnt BandHelper mit einem Fußschalter steuern und die Geräte der Bandmitglieder untereinander verbinden, sodass sich alle Bildschirme während des Auftritts gemeinsam bewegen und keiner mehr den Anschluss verliert.

Mit den automatischen Einladungs- und Erinnerungsbenachrichtigungen von BandHelper wird das Buchen von Auftritten einfacher.
