- Push notifications for direct messages between team members
- Push notifications when a ticket is created
- When clicking a notification the app opens the right message (chat, ticket or direct message)
- Chats are automatically converted into tickets
- Removed "my last chats" sections (now everything is a ticket)
- Added links to tickets by status (pending, assigned, resolved)
