My SMA App, by Southwest Medical Associates, is an easy-to-use mobile application that allows you to take an active role in your health care management right from your mobile phone or tablet. Once you register, the application will become your go-to app for all your health care needs.
My SMA app offers many features right at your fingertips including:
View and locate all SMA health care centers. Tap for driving instructions or to call
Access to your personal medical records including immunizations, allergens, medications and vital statistics
View your latest orders, lab and test results
View your prescribed medications and instructions
Renew certain prescribed medications
Communicate with your care team securely
Request, confirm and view appointments
Search and view provider bios
Direct link to the HPN/SHL symptom checker
View and update your profile and personal information

The app also offers you the ability to access care at the SMA Urgent Care facilities including some brand new features. With the app, you can:
Locate the nearest urgent care facility. Tap for driving instructions or to call
View wait times at multiple facilities
Utilize the brand new Urgent Care Home Waiting Room function that allows you to choose a preferred visit time (not guaranteed) and wait at home until your chosen appointment time.
With our direct link to our telemedicine feature, NowClinic®, you can see a provider for non-emergency situations right from your phone or tablet 24/7.
