Nós usamos um método para resolvê-lo.
Você precisa verificar a caixa Selecionar para "Apenas Apoio ao dispositivo antigo" nas configurações, em seguida, salvar it.and sair deste app.and reinicie app, o velho DVR pode ser apoiar bem.
