This update fixes an issue with resource production below 0.01 where it was not producing at all. This issue was most commonly experienced by players as smelters, casino and banks not producing Gold. Note production is rounded to the nearest tenth so you will still be producing sometimes even if the rate says .00 (gold will still be going up).
