All exercises focus on the improvement of your back health. They can contribute to the improvement and stabilization of strength, mobility, and relaxation of your back. You can turn the animated personal coach Sara in 360 degrees and zoom in order to see exactly what you are supposed to do in every exercise.
Let the reminder tell you that it is time for your training. Select each day and time individually to make the workout fit perfectly into your busy schedule.
You want to see what you are getting into before the workout starts? There is an exercise you don’t want to do? No problem – there is a preview for every exercise and you can deselect every single one you do not want to do. There are many more features to individualize your workout experience in the AmbiCoach.
