আমাদের অনেকেরই কু’রআন এবং কু’রআনের তাফসীর পড়ার সময় মনে প্রশ্ন আসে, “এই আয়াতে আমার শেখার কী আছে?”, “এর সাথে আজকের যুগের সম্পর্ক কী?”, “কু’রআনে আধুনিক মানুষের জীবনের সমস্যাগুলোর কোনো উত্তর আছে কি?” ইত্যাদি। অনেকেই কু’রআন পড়ে বুঝতে পারেন না: কু’রআনের আয়াতগুলোগুলো কীভাবে তার জীবনে কাজে লাগবে?
আধুনিক মানুষ ইসলামকে নিয়ে যে সব দ্বিধা-দ্বন্দ্বে ভোগেন এবং অমুসলিম মিডিয়ার ব্যাপক অপপ্রভাবের কারণে ইসলামকে মনে প্রাণে মেনে নিতে পারেন না, তাদের কাছে ইসলামের সঠিক ভাবমূর্তি এবং কু’রআনের অসাধারণ বাণী পৌঁছে দেওয়াটাই ‘কু’রআনের কথা’র উদ্দেশ্য।
